Ouvert Gold Heart Diamond Plaque

Part of the Ouvert collection, the beautiful heart plaque is the perfect addition to your plaque collection. Made from 9k yellow gold, the plaque is set with a pear-cut white diamond that is seemingly floating inside of the heart.

The plaques were designed to fit all our hoops - you simply slide them on. They can also be attached to our chains, necklaces, bracelets.
