Orders for in stock items will be processed on the same day before 3pm or next day for orders placed after 3pm, We utilise DHL for shipping all of our orders. Delivery times within the UK typically range from 1 to 3 working days, depending on your local delivery route. For international orders, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 business working days, although more remote areas may experience slightly longer transit times. Please note we are unable to offer exchange or refunds on orders placed outside of the UK.
For all orders placed online in the UK for exchanges or returns you have up to 14 days to get let us know the item will be returned to us. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Please read our full policy here.
Our jewellery is solid 9ct gold or solid 14ct gold. The Espirit Enamel collection is enamel plated silver but with a solid gold loop. You can read more about our materials here.
