Delivery Options

  • UK FedEx or DHL Express £11.99 (1-2 business working days) 
  • International FedEx or DHL Express £39.99 (1-3 business working days. US orders up to 7-10 days). 
  • London Courier before 3pm - starting from £40, same day delivery

UK ORDERS – DHL Express £11.99

If you place your order online or over the telephone before 14:00, your jewellery will arrive within the next 2-3 days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays) by DHL signed for.

Delivery time is subject to product availability and clearance of payment.

If you place your order on Friday after 13:00, it will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday/Wednesday.

Parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please state a delivery address where you will be present at the time of delivery (home or work). In the event that no one is available to receive your item you will have the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot.

PLEASE NOTE IF YOU HAVE 'A LEAVE IN A SAFE PLACE' OPTION TICKED THIS WILL BE USED BY DHL. IF PARCELS GO MISSING WE CAN NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS. WE RECOMMEND YOU ADJUST YOUR SETTINGS TO BE SIGNED FOR. 

LONDON COURIER SAME DAY SERVICE £30.00

We offer a same-day delivery service to London postal codes via courier for a delivery charge of £30

Orders must be received and payment cleared by 14:00 for London Same Day delivery

We will dispatch London Same Day orders as a priority
This service is subject to product availability and clearance of payment.
This service is only available Monday to Friday.

OVERSEAS ORDERS – DHL Express Worldwide £39.99 (depending on location).

If you order products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they will be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined.  We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

Please note we are unable to accept returns or exchanges from overseas at this time.
