International Returns & Exchanges
Please note we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any orders from outside of the UK.
Exclusions
All made to order items and rings that have been resized are subject to our made-to-order terms, which are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
UK Orders exchange and refund policy
If you are returning an online order for a refund or exchange by post, please let us know by email within 14 days of receiving the goods. You can email info@metierbytomfoolery.co.uk You then have a further 14 days to return the items.
The cost of any undamaged and unworn products correctly returned will be credited to the original purchaser's payment card minus any free shipping discounts applied.
Any shipping charges will not be refunded.
If an item has been purchased with free shipping and is returned for refund the shipping charge will be deducted from the purchase value. This applies to a refund only. Mainland UK is £11.99.
We recommend you use a special delivery service for your own protection. We cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or for any items damaged, lost or stolen in transit. Items must be in their original packaging if returned to us. Once you have packaged the item safely send it back to the following address:

To be eligible for a return or exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns & Exchanges In-store
We are unable to offer refunds in-store. We offer exchanges only within 14 days of the purchase. To exchange an item you must have a receipt.
