Items made to order usually require an average production period of 4-6 weeks. If you have a specific deadline in mind, please get in touch with us, and we'll explore possible arrangements. Additionally, we may resize a stock ring to your desired size. Items labeled 'Add to cart' are ready for immediate shipment. Please note 'made to order' items or resized items are not eligible for exchanges or refunds. If you prefer the flexibility of exchanging or refunding your online purchase, we recommend selecting the stock size."

UK orders:
- Free shipping on all UK orders over £150
- UK DHL 1-2 business working days
- If you are based in Central London we can also offer a same day courier for ready to ship items if booked before 3pm
International Orders:
- International DHL 2-3 business working days
- UK VAT is automatically deducted on the pricing you can see, local taxes, customs and duties will be applicable once the order reaches the destination country.

Orders for in stock items will be processed on the same day before 3pm or next day for orders placed after 3pm, We utilise DHL for shipping all of our orders. Delivery times within the UK typically range from 1 to 3 working days, depending on your local delivery route. For international orders, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 business working days, although more remote areas may experience slightly longer transit times. If you have any questions or need expedited delivery due to a deadline, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us
We have many stockists based around the world. You can enter in your address in the Store locater to find your nearest store. Alternatively you can always send an email with the link to the product you would like to see and we can send you a video.
Please note we are unable to offer exchange or refunds on orders placed outside of the UK.
For all orders placed online in the UK for exchanges or returns you have up to 14 days to get let us know the item will be returned to us. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Please read our full policy here.
Our jewellery is solid 9ct gold or solid 14ct gold. The Espirit Enamel collection is enamel plated silver but with a solid gold loop. You can read more about our materials here.
